“Product is nice. Everything that came in the order is correct and looks good. The three stars comes from communication and shipping. The jewelry comes directly from China using an outside shipping company. It has to go through customs in Canada before coming into the US. The updates on shipping and delivery are minimal. It took 3 weeks to get the delivery. I understand I ordered during the holidays and that it would take longer. I am not upset that it came after Christmas, that wasnt a big issue. I would have liked to know where in the shipping process it was and that it was coming straight from China rather than a US warehouse. I feel like that is important information before ordering. Not sure if I would order again from them, I will have to see how well the jewelry lasts before I could make that decision.”
